T-mobile's t-life app tops customer satisfaction: study
Despite some criticism over its aggressive push for app usage, T-Mobile's T-Life app has scored big with customers according to a new study. The app, launched in 2024, has expanded its features to become indispensable for many users.

AT&T's new app, released this month, is also winning over users, while Verizon's revamped My Verizon app from last year has also seen a boost in satisfaction. A JD Power report suggests telecom customers are embracing apps as their preferred way to manage accounts, citing speed and ease of use.
The study, which surveyed 12,082 customers from December 2025 to January 2026, found that app login satisfaction averaged 681 points among mobile service providers, 38 points higher than website login satisfaction. Broadband providers also saw a significant gap, with app login satisfaction at 689, 42 points above website login satisfaction.
T-Mobile took the top spot for both internet providers and wireless carriers, with scores of 695 and 672 respectively. AT&T and Verizon also performed well, with scores of 675 and 669 for internet providers, and 678 and 672 for wireless carriers.
