Despite its rapid growth, DIGI faces a significant investment of €468 million in 2025, a 63% increase from the previous year. The company is investing heavily in expanding its own fiber and mobile network to reduce its reliance on Telefónica.

DIGI recognizes that its low prices come at a cost, with a reduced profit margin due to lower average revenue per user (ARPU). In the latest financial report, DIGI's Q1 2025 ARPU fell to €7.9, down from €8.7 in the previous year, resulting in a 9.2% decline in earnings.

To fund its infrastructure investments, DIGI is planning an initial public offering (IPO) in the near future, potentially before summer. The IPO will provide the necessary capital to finance its ambitious growth plans.
