Real-time train tracking now live on renfe's website

Renfe's train tracking service has been upgraded with real-time tracking for long-distance trains, offering passengers greater visibility into their journeys.

New feature complements existing cercanía service

Following the serious accident at Adamuz, Renfe has focused on modernizing its operations and improving customer experience. The latest addition to its digital arsenal is a revamped website for tracking long-distance trains, which complements the existing service for cercanía and rodalíes trains introduced earlier this year.

using the new feature, passengers can now pinpoint the exact location of high-speed, long-distance, or medium-distance trains on a map, making it easier to plan and track journeys.

to access the service, users simply need to visit Renfe's website and click on the 'long-distance trains' tab. From there, they can zoom in on a map to locate trains in real-time, filter by train number, station, or city, and even view detailed information about each train's route and any delays.
